Q&A
Language is an all encompassing medium people use to determine the way in which they see the world. It defines our humanity, as it helps us to name our experiences. We can never avoid it because it controls our existence.
You should always understand the message coming in, avoid
being judgmental while the message is being delivered, shape the message that is being
sent out, so the receiver understands it, and keep all messages focused on the topic at
hand
When being judgmental, you may lose focus on the project. If you assume what someone is saying, then you run the risk of cutting them off which is looked upon rudely. Also, by interrupting the speaker, you destroy their trust in you, and you may lose the opportunity of receiving valuable information.
