The Career Enrichment Report is based on the Strong Interest Inventory®, but gives you job functions you might enjoy, such as Information Systems, Management, Human Resources, and 7 others. Instead of specific jobs, you get a list of tasks within a typical organization you might find enjoyable (and those you likely dislike!). You can use this list to restructure your current job, join a group project, task force, committee, or find a position that fits your interests.

How it works:
You take the regular Strong Interest Inventory. As usual, your interests will be compared to others who are satisfied in their careers, do work typical of their profession, and have been in the field at least three years. Instead of a list of possible matching professions, this report shows you which of 10 areas within a typical organization fit you best. You can use this information to restructure your present work. How to get your Strong Career Enrichment Report:
Use our secure server to pay with your credit card. You will then be automatically logged into the test site to begin. After you finish, you will receive your personal report via e-mail. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your report (Download it for free at Adobe.com). Turnaround time is usually within a few hours, depending on your time zone and the time of day. On rare occasions, it can take up to 12 hours for your report to arrive. Your assessment includes a phone consultation. Attention AOL users: Using AOL's browser will result in error messages. Please use Netscape Navigator 4.72 or later versions (except 6.0), or Internet Explorer 4.01 or later versions to take your test.

You will receive a 9-page report. The test has 317 questions and takes about 35-40 minutes to complete. It requires an 8th grade reading level and is suitable for those 14 yrs. old and above.
