About Team Training Solutions

This web site is run by Brian Jones, pictured here. The idea came from years of working with people as a trainer, supervisor, and manager. As a result of my experiences with individuals and organizations , I began to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and other assessment tools to get a better understanding of what people really think and feel. I've found that these tools, along with a good dose of concentrated listening, can bring great improvements.

I began to use various assessment tools to conduct training workshops in team building and other aspects of working in groups. Test results help the individuals involved see things from another perspective.

So far, I've assessed over 10,000 people and counting using the MBTI®

I'm a certified Myers-Briggs® Practitioner and a qualified Strong Administrator. I received my B.A. from Cornell University, and my Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.

I have another site dedicated to agathism, which is the doctrine that things tend towards the ultimate good, as opposed to optimism, which means things are now the best they can be. Check out the personal stories of people who have lived agathism. The site is at http://www.agathism.com.

In my free time I enjoy swimming & running, walking along the beach with my wife Petra, playing rock guitar, and reading. Memory is another field I find interesting. In 2001, I memorized the first 1,150 digits of Pi for fun. There's actually a club for those who have memorized at least 1,000 digits of Pi. Click here to see the 1,000 Club web site

A few times a year, I get together with my old high school band buddies to play music. You can see our web site here: http://www.crystallegend.net

I am a member of the San Diego chapter of Mensa. You can visit their site here: http://www.sandiego.us.mensa.org/email.html
