If you really have an idea, you have the means to express it

In the levels of communication, higher levels control lower levels and not vice-versa. The element of control is the upper level (the fourth level). You need to be in the upper level to control the process of communication.

If you really have an idea, you have the means to express it. But if you have the means, you may not have the idea.

And since that is a level in where we are not able to arrive with the mind, we cannot manipulate that level. That is why we are really effective when we are sincere.

In the process of propaganda and seduction things are different. That’s why we are differentiating the two approaches in these lessons. While establishing Roopkala Kendro, we are trying to focus our project/programme purpose niche which is set in the educational market. The objective of education is the empowerment of the audience. What is exactly the opposite of this approach is the one aimed at imposing pre-conditioned ways of thinking. When we say that education is our project/programme purpose niche, it doesn’t mean that we don’t take art and entertainment into consideration.

By "educational", we do not mean something necessarily related to school or formal education. We mean that communication which aims specifically at increasing the knowledge, the awareness and the competence of the receivers of the information. It is thus, different from propaganda and advertisement, the aim of which is to prompt the audience towards pre-determined choices. Educational communication is also different from the communication for entertainment (like fiction, soap-operas, etc.). This does not mean that educational products cannot be entertaining, but it simply means that entertainment will be an additional quality, often very important, of a product which has as its primary objective the enrichment of the knowledge of the learner. In the same way, educational products may appear similar in style with propaganda products, but the essential difference lies with the intentions of the communicators. While educators serve the requirements of the public, advertisers aim at making the public serve the requirements of the communicators.

Teaching itself is an artistic process. In fact, every good artist has been a founder of that civilisation to which she/he belongs. And every good teacher is an artist.
