As per my telephone conversation with you, This is not a good time for both of us to discuss on leave as your DPC is on leave now, FZD office is going to be close for winter, office shifting should be completed to the new compound and more importently the land lord complain requibut you as PC to be present until end of office closure as per our previous agreement. since there is an issue of your mother health I have no other choice for the moment
