Commitments compliance: There is compliance with National Laws and, for humanitarian emergency projects, with the Red Cross & Non-Governmental Organisation Code of Conduct and Sphere Standards.
Management integrity: Implementation will be cost-effective and reporting requirements can be met.
Technical integrity: The best, or at least a good enough, technical solution is proposed.
Financial integrity: Organization's financial procedural requirements can be met.
Donor compliance: Donor expectations and reporting requirements can be met.
Gender policy compliance: There is compliance with Organization's Gender Policy and gender equality mainstreaming objectives are being addressed.
Participative integrity: Appropriate involvement, transparency and accountability in relation to intended beneficiaries is demonstrated.
Programme managers must ensure that all programme staff are aware of the purpose of Organization’s planning framework.
