3.       Approves:

• Programme scope document,  (Country Strategy)

• Programme Management plan

• Programme Operations plan

• Management plan that will include Programme governance;   Projects Integration; the procedures for internal/external evaluation 

• Financial and Asset Plan

• Programme M&E reports

ð      Any changes to the Plan, scope or benefits

4.       Monitors SL programme progress and works with the SL programme manager to keep the SL programme on track

5.       Works with the SL programme manager and executive sponsor to resolve issues quickly

6.       Ensures a good working relationship continues with all other OIT groups

Deliverables:

A good degree of competence is required in all the the 9 topic areas  of project management knowledge

Specific competence is required in  Integration and Scope mamagememt
