HR Manager
She is directly responsible of the Human Resorces part of Programme management and she supports Project Managers.
S/he manages the HR team and is managed by the Country Director
Deliverables for which she is directly responsible:
Prepares
Programme Learning and Development Plan,
Programme Human Resorces plan
Contribute to the preparation and Approves
Projects Learning and Development Plan,
Projects Human Resorces plan
Gives comments and inputs for
Programme scope document, (Country Strategy)
Programme Management plan that will include Programme governance; Projects Integration; the procedures for internal/external evaluation
Programme Programme Quality Plan
Programme Communication Management Plan
Programme Risk management plan
Programme Knowledge Management Plan
Specific competence is required in Human Resources of the 9 topic areas of project management knowledge.
