She is directly responsible of the  Infrastructure and Logistics  part of Programme management and she supports Project Managers.

S/he manages the Logistic team   and is managed by the Country Director

Specific competence is required in Procurement of the 9 topic areas  of project management knowledge

• Programme scope document,  (Country Strategy)

• Programme Operations plan

• Programme Management plan that will include Programme governance;   Projects Integration; the procedures for internal/external evaluation 

• Programme Programme Quality Plan 

• Programme Communication Management Plan

• Programme Risk management plan

• Programme Knowledge Management Plan
